The Center for Economic and Human Rights Advancement (CEHRA)

HOW WE STARTED.
The Center for Economic and Human Rights Advancement (CEHRA) was formed in June 2017, it started as a small group of persons who shared the feelings, yearnings and aspiration of Nigerians who have suffered series of rights violations across the nation, hence the decision for the formation of the platform committed to equity, justice and the rule of law. It later blossomed into a full- fledged Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) whose Membership is open to all regardless of political, ethnic, racial or religious background.                        Today, CEHRA has branches in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Kwara and Kaduna. These branches are "CEHRA Pioneer Branches" (CPB). However, effort is is currently on to have our branch in every state of the federation.                           In Lagos, we have Idimu-powerline, Ijedodo, Obadore, Ikotun, Igando, Ipaja, Morogbo, Isale-Odo, Alagbado Central, Baruwa, Agodo, Alagbado, Abaranje, Ayobo-Anisere, Idimu, Ikorodu, Alake and Abesan Estate units as "CEHRA Pioneer Units" (CPU).
